How your 5 week old baby is growing ?
Your 5 week old baby can now focus both of his eyes on an object. He has begun to appreciate more complex designs, colors and shapes. He is able to track movement. He will be fascinated by a simple rattle passing through his face.
His memory is developing everyday. He was able to recognize your voice while in utero and if you are nursing , it will take him a few weeks to recognize your smell.
Your life
The demands of motherhood gives you little time for yourself. You can start thinking about activities such as postnatal exercises that you give you little break . There you can meet other new moms and share ideas and suggestions. You can also get from trusted family members and friends.
